Our classic, smooth and elegant Bordeaux blend for everyday enjoyment! This vintage blend is 58% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Franc, aged in small French oak barrels. Tasting notes; medium body with flavors of dry blueberry, chocolate cola, cigar, plum and a nice creamy finish. Recommended drinking range, 2012 to 2018.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Old Vine 2007
Only individual vines planted in February of 1982 are selected for this wine. 5 tons were hand picked on Sept. 14th at 23.2 brix. The wine was aged in all new French oak barrels for 34 months. At bottling the pH was 3.98 and TA was 0.57. Tasting notes; medium to heavy body with flavors of vanilla, chocolate, cedar and brambly blackberry or cassis. Recommended drinking range, 2014 to 2020.

As we suspect the universe aligned itself with each individual Zinfandel berry to produce this rare vintage of late harvest Zinfandel, it's a rich, full-bodied wine with flavors reminiscent of plum, raisins, apricots and black pepper. Harvested at 30 Brix of sugar, only 2.3 Briz remain after fermentation. Best if used by 2016.
